Master of Studies in Jewish Studies in the Graeco-Roman Period
- 1. Every candidate must follow for at least three terms a course of study in Jewish Studies in the Graeco-Roman Period.

2. Syllabus
There will be four Units. Each unit is examined by two submitted essays (3,000 words each).

Unit (i) Essay questions on Jewish history and institutions from 300 BCE to 200 CE.

Units (ii), (iii) and (iv) Prescribed texts. Select one paper for each unit from the list provided in the couse handbook.

3. Candidates may be required to attend a viva.
