At its Hilary Term 2016 meeting, Examinations Panel discussed a review of the new factors affecting performance procedures introduced in 2014-15. As one of the outcomes from this review, the Panel agreed that the word ‘normally’ should be removed from the Regulations for the Conduct of University Examinations, Part 13 Factors affecting performance in an examination, 13.3 (1), with effect for 2016-17.
