Combining of the provisions of Part 11 (Religious Festivals and Holidays Coinciding with Examinations) and Part 12 (Candidates with Special Examination Needs) into a single Part 12 (Candidates requiring adjustments to their examination arrangements) and changes to ensure regulations are consistent with policy following a major review of policy for individual examination adjustments.
