Gazette 21 September 2023

i) To introduce an exit award of a PG Certificate in Health Research to students admitted to the PG Diploma in Health Research.

ii) To allow students leaving with an exit award of the PG Certificate in Health Research a wider choice of qualifying modules.

iii) To widen the provisions around prior accreditation so that students on course are treated in the same way as students who have completed a course.

iv) To clarify the use of Module 40.

v) To clarify provisions around: availability of new modules; the requirements for students leaving with exit awards to have taken core modules; and the application of the shelf life to modules taken before registering for an award.

vi) To simplify the wording regarding subsuming of modules within a higher award.
